We take full advantage of the outdoor space by putting on drills and activities that simply could not be done in a gym, especially with a large group and this means that the classes are even more satisfying for our members.
With two experienced boxing instructors for each and every class, we ensure that you’ll always be well-supervised and kept motivated throughout the class - so you can reach your full potential.

Wesley is not just a good coach but your own personal comedian while you train.
Our concept is to introduce our own elite style of effective boxing training to an outdoor Bootcamp. With a unique personal class designed to separate us from the rest, you will never be as satisfied at another Bootcamp class.
Our format involves a combination of upper and lower body exercise to ensure an all over body workout. We promise to transform your body and mind into a new productive and confident individual.
You will train to uplifting music in the fresh outdoors.
Boxing is known to be the best stress buster and running outside releases endorphins that give you that feel good factor. Box Fit Bootcamp will have you growing in confidence, opening your mind in readiness for a productive week, while looking great and feeling happier.

Its £10 pay as you go, cash on the day.
